Primary Members:

Primary members are made from steel plates conforming to IS 2062 or equivalent with a minimum yield strength of 340 Mpa. All primary members are supplied with a coat of Red Oxide primer.

Secondary Members:

All the secondary members are made from Pre-Galvanized steel of 120/180/275 GSM coating and steel plates conforming to IS 1161/2062 or equivalent with a minimum yield strength of 340 Mpa. All secondary members are available in a thickness range of 1.2 mm to 2.5 mm and supplied with a coat of Red Oxide primer (if not made from GI).

ROOF AND WALL PANELS

  • 1000 profile is a special design profile for stronger roofing/cladding application. Its unique design makes for a water-tight roofing solution with the added advantage of an anti-capillary groove that ensures leak-proof installations.
  • 1060 profile is a roofing/cladding profile offering wider coverage with optimum strength. The unique anti-capillary groove prevents water seepage through the overlaps, ensuring watertight sheeting.
  • Application: Roof & Wall.
  • Thickness: 0.45 to 0.6 PPGI or 0.47 Bare Galvalume or 0.5/0.6 coloured Galvalume.

DECK PANELS

  • Steel Deck sheet used for Mezzanine floor and as a composite floor system.
  • Available in 0.8 mm, 1.0 mm and 1.2 mm.
  • Available in Galvanized finish with 240 Mpa YS.
